The Corona virus (COVID-19) has caused disruption to businesses which offer accommodation and tourism across the UK and the rest of the world.
We want to provide guests, that wish to stay with us, with certainty and a reassurance that we are providing best practise in hygiene and sanitisation, whilst still ensuring that our guests are able to enjoy their stay.
Our room servicing and breakfast facilities have changed to meet Government guidelines (We ask our guests to order breakfast the night before). For more information, please contact our friendly team.
Our high standard room servicing schedule is updated to include extra safety measures. Between our guest stays, and during COVID-19 alert levels we will:
Conduct full sanitisation, focusing on touchable surfaces within all our guest facilities. Although currently, guests are asked to remain in their own rooms only. We also ask our customers to leave the premises promptly on check out days to allow our housekeeping team ample time to carry out our essential cleaning schedule.
We will minimise contact with our guest’s belongings and room facilities and at present are unable to offer a daily room cleaning service. As an alternative to the normal daily room service we will be supplying additional towels and amenities in each guest room.
Guests will also be offered a safe and contactless self-check in prior to arrival.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
